Teresa Martin has been a full time Realtor since 1989 and an Associate Broker since 2004.  She holds an Associate in Science Degree from DeKalb Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgia State University.  Prior to beginning her real estate career, Teresa was a legal secretary for 14 years working in the Real Estate, Corporate, and Trust Departments of three of Atlanta’s oldest, largest, and most prestigious law firms.

Teresa specializes in selling homes and condos on both Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair and brings education, experience and knowledge to her profession.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Lake Country Board of Realtors, and the Milledgeville Multiple Listing Service.  Teresa holds many Realtor designations: GRI, Graduate, Realtor Institute, CBR, Certified Buyer Representative, ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, CRRS, Certified Residential Relocation Specialist, CCPS, Certified Corporate Property Specialist, CCPM, Certified Corporate Property Manager, and ASP, Accredited Staging Professional. 

Teresa and her husband, Kenny Martin, have been residents of the Lake Oconee area for the past eleven years.  They have two children, Joshua Martin, currently attending Mercer Law School, and Jessica Martin, a student at Georgia College & State University.
